The annual meeting of the Association shall be held in April at a time and place determined by the Executive Board and shall be for the purpose of installing the officers, receiving reports of officers and committees, and for the conduct of any other business that may arise.

The annual Executive Board meeting shall be held in January at a time and place determined by the President and shall be for the purpose of receiving reports of officers and committees and conducting any other business that may arise.
